…And what a sight it is. We definitely enjoyed our little semi private beach spot with kayaks at our fingertips, our hammock set up amongst the mini squirrels and towering pines, with rainbows embracing the skies around us. The five days here couldn’t have gone by any quicker. We had one of our nice bottles of wine–Monster Chardonnay–from Mission Mountain Winery (we enjoyed a tasting at it yesterday just down the road from us here) tonight with our fish dinner in honor of our last night out here. We had Lemon Caper Dill Tilapia over Mediterranean Quinoa with a Spinach Goat Cheese Salad. It was one of my top three favorite dinners on the road so far!
