Garlic Cream White Wine Sauce and Basil Chicken
Saute a large shallot and 4-5 cloves of chopped garlic in butter and olive oil until fragrant and tender. Then add 1 cup on white wine and reduce down to about 1/4 cup cooking on med-high. Next, add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream, stirring often until sauce thickens about 20-30 minutes. Add add salt and pepper to taste and serve over pasta. **A mixture of Italian cheeses also does very well added to this sauce for extra flavor and a cheesy texture.
I served it with my cucumber, feta, tomato, corn salad
