Natural Falls State Park

This has to be the most beautiful sight Oklahoma has to offer nature lovers such as myself. I could not believe my eyes when I arrived to the falls here at Natural Falls State Park–only about 2 hours from Tulsa–just near the Siloam Springs, AR at the OK/AR state line. There was a very small fee to enter the park to experience these trails, and it was absolutely worth the drive and every penny. I hiked about 7 miles total and couldn’t get enough of the outdoors today (after a nice trip to the new Guthrie Green Farmer’s Market in Tulsa). Thankfully I woke up early this morning to take advantage of what turned out to be such beautiful weather and drove to Arkansas, spur of the moment, to finally see this beautiful state park.IMG_0068 IMG_0070 IMG_0074 IMG_0075 IMG_0076 IMG_0077 IMG_0078 IMG_0079 IMG_0081 IMG_0082 IMG_0083 IMG_0085 IMG_0088 IMG_0089 IMG_0090 IMG_0092 IMG_0103 IMG_0106 IMG_0107 IMG_011020130418-191850.jpg20130418-191827.jpg20130418-191834.jpg20130418-191843.jpg20130418-191925.jpg20130418-191931.jpg20130418-191956.jpg 20130418-191938.jpgI ran upon these grounds at the end of a trail and was reminded how much I miss this sweet simple life 20130420-001314.jpg
