This was our first meal in Montreal. I was on a mission to find crepes for brunch! Flashbacks of my introduction to Paris at the “Creperie des arts” began the moment I spotted Cidre on the menu. I finally found some French style Cidre again to go with crepes–the proper way to eat crepes in France, I learned. We shared both of these delicious creations. One crepe was filled with crevettes smothered and baked with a lobster cream sauce. The sweeter crepe we opted for was filled with apples and brie swimming in maple syrup. Both were gobbled up quickly and enjoyed very much!
