La Brioche Doree served the ristretto espresso just like back in France and Italy. They extract the perfect shot of espresso with the crema layer that the states can’t quite seem to pull off.
O Plaisir Gourmands was the most impressive bakery I have ever experienced. Leave the pastry making to the French to perfect.
Just happened to meet this artist behind me that created the wall art in the back ground while I was there.
He used “glucose” to stick it to the bottom of this box to keep it perfectly in place for transporting.
The most beautiful Mille feuille I’ve ever seen and it tasted as great as it looked!
Their pastries were incredible…
…and last (and certainly least out of these bakeries~!) I had to throw in Tim Hortons
