This quaint cafe is tucked in the neighborhood of Northwest Highland- Denver and is a wonderful breaky spot! We started with a homemade biscuit n mushroom gravy drizzling it with their homemade hot sauce and jalapeno pepper jelly.
I chose the Fried Green Tomato Benedict–the usual option when I can find it–with a side of cheddar grits, cornbread polenta & potato casserole. They serve a full espresso menu, so I had a latte to drink. This choice was necessary after the 4:45am early rise to catch the 6am flight here. Across the table was the Pulled Pork Benedict which was enjoyed by my special friend. Suffice it to say, we were full for many hours after this generous meal and ready to drive to Aspen!
